Vera will work with wireless locks. I have Schlage lock and have paired it with my Vera server (newer version without dongle). Are you working on adding a Locks menu option to the AutoHTN Android app?

I personally like how its organized by the device, and not the rooms. I have a 3 bedroom house so no reason to organize by rooms here.

Glad the names worked out. We do plan on adding support for multiple thermostats and more than 9 lights, sensors, etc.

Solved the MIOS light naming issue. Went into the device and changed the name on the 'Advanced' tab, exit, save. Refresh hTn and the names are now recognized.

As for the Thermostats, I am hoping you plan to add multiples similar to the other tabs?

All in all, hTn is a nice looking application for Android. A bit more user friendly GUI compared to HomeBuddy. HB works fine, just text, no graphics.

Most automation programs organize the devices by the room, but we felt it was easier to use if it was organized by lights, sensors, or the paticular device. One of the reasons why is that AutoHTN can also be used away from home and where the user is not in a specific room. What does everyone think? Do you prefer the automation devices organized by the device or by the room?

Thanks for the input raskell. The thermostat defaults to the first one for now. For the lights, not sure why the names are coming in diffrent for MIOS. We'll look into it and post back here.

Just downloaded this app and gave it a preliminary test. In my test network, I have three dimmable lights. Two of them read in as 'Dimmable light' instead of their MIOS names. They turn on/off perfectly and they are in the same order as on the MIOS home page. A bit odd that only one of them brought the name across. More to look into.

Scenes read across fine. The A/C Heat screen seems to default to one thermostat. (I have five configured, i.e.: lots of zones). Again, no designations read across from Vera2 but I can tell by the settings that it grabbed the Office set poits. All in all, the GUI looks good and the functionality works. Perhaps some additional feedback from more users will get this post rolling.

I'd love to get in on this. I'm just getting into home automation so I don't have a whole lot of HA hardware, but I'm really interested in it and excited about AutoHTN.
